When we were brainstorming names for our business, we wanted something that would capture the essence of who we are and what we stand for. After careful consideration, we decided to name our business after the most meaningful number we could think of, 13.

If you know us you know we love LOVE. We’re best friends and truly believe we are the best part of one another. We had our first date on 4/13 and two years later were married on 4/13. It’s such a symbol of love and perseverance that we feel what may be unlucky to others was a true blessing for us so hence the chosen name Barbell 13!
